2025 SUMMIT HIGHLIGHTS

As we wrap up another incredible edition of the STEP Miami Summit, we want to extend our sincere thanks to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners. Your participation, insights, and energy made this year’s Summit truly memorable.

Hosted at the iconic Biltmore Hotel, the 2025 Summit marked a major milestone as STEP Miami celebrated its 20th anniversary. With the theme “Honoring the Past, Innovating Toward the Future,” the Summit delivered a dynamic program that blended tradition, forward-thinking discussion, and meaningful connection.

The experience began with a Golf Tournament, followed by a Roaring Twenties-inspired Welcome Reception, bringing the community together in true Gatsby style. The main Summit Day featured high-level sessions led by industry leaders and trusted advisors, covering the most relevant issues shaping the private client and wealth management world today — with a strong focus on cross-border planning, global families, and Miami’s evolving position as an international hub.

We closed the Summit with an unforgettable Speakeasy-style celebration, ending the week with great conversation, strong relationships, and a true sense of community.
