The company has a successful history of approved EB-5 petitions and its founder has more than 30 years of investment immigration experience. In 2023, AVSRC was re-approved as a Regional Center under the new US government regulations and was authorized to sponsor projects in various counties in Florida.
Projects:
AVSRC is currently working with the River Oak EB-5 project which was approved as a Targeted Employment Area project by the US government. This is our fifth sponsored project, and it is open to an additional 20 accredited foreign investors. We are also launching our second real estate investment fund which will be open to investors in early 2025.
