Head of Legal for International Trusts & Estates at J.P. Morgan and the Chairman of both the STEP Bahamas Branch and the annual STEP Bahamas Conference. Also, a Council Member of STEP Worldwide and sits on the Caribbean and Latin America Regional Committee.

Theo is specialized in trusts, wills, estate planning, foundations, and private trust companies, and regularly advise on the development of new services, issues arising in trust administration, and regulatory compliance.
